1. Service Agreement
By entrusting your garments to Rajkamal Drycleaners, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
2. Garment Inspection
Upon receiving your garments, our team will inspect them for any pre-existing conditions, including stains, tears, or defects. We will inform you of any issues before proceeding with cleaning. Rajkamal Drycleaners is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
3. Loss or Damage
We take great care in handling your garments, but in the rare event of loss or damage:
Compensation will be determined based on the item’s age, condition, and the fabric’s current market value.
Maximum liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the item.
We do not accept liability for garments that are damaged due to poor stitching, inherent fabric weaknesses, or non-cleanable embellishments (buttons, zippers, beads, etc.).
4. Care Labels
All items are cleaned in accordance with the care label instructions provided by the manufacturer. If no care label is present, Rajkamal Drycleaners will clean the item using the most appropriate method. However, Rajkamal Drycleaners will not be responsible for any damage due to a lack of care label.
5. Special Fabrics and Delicate Items
Certain materials, such as leather, suede, silk, and cashmere, require specialized cleaning methods. We take the utmost care in handling these items, but there may be inherent risks with delicate fabrics. In such cases, we will inform you of potential risks before proceeding.
6. Pick-up and Delivery
We offer free pick-up and delivery services. Once the garments have been collected, they will be cleaned according to the selected service. We aim to deliver items back within the timeframe agreed upon during pick-up. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days may result in additional charges.
8. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your garments. Rajkamal Drycleaners will assess the issue and re-clean the item at no extra charge if required. Refunds are not issued unless the garment is deemed irreparably damaged due to our error.
9. Storage of Garments
We do not provide long-term storage for garments. If items are not picked up within 30 days after the scheduled delivery or pick-up, we reserve the right to dispose of them after notifying the customer.
10. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during pick-up or through our website will be kept confidential and only used for processing your orders and improving our services.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Rajkamal Drycleaners will work with you to resolve the issue amicably. However, should a resolution not be possible, the matter will be referred to a binding arbitration process.
